Our staff is our key asset and strength, and are very carefully selected and trained by the Department of Tourism, to ensure the safety and comfort of our valuable clients. Many leaders and guides have been with us for a very long time, and many of our office staff have been tour and trek leaders first. Regardless of their position, all our staff shares a passion for travel and new discoveries.

Our Tour Guides have an extensive knowledge & expertise on their respective fields. They speak fluent English, French, German, Spanish, Chinese, Russian, Japanese, Hindi and Italian. Tour guides with other choice language can be arranged as per the guest's requirement. Trekking Guides are all experienced over 5 years and have a thorough knowledge about the locality and the travel routes.

Rafting Guides have an expertise on handling rafts and kayaks with at least 5 years of experience on their respective fields. Our Mountaineering Guides are well experienced summiteers.
