PLEASE NOTE:
The above tariff do not cover the luxury hotels like, AmanKora, Uma Resort, Zhiwaling Resort, Taj Tashi, Termalingca in Paro, Thimphu, Punakha, Gangtey and Bumthang.
SINGLE ROOM SUPPLEMENTS
The quoted package rates are valid for accommodation on twin sharing basis and following supplements will be applicable incase of single room accommodation :- For, Festival season = US$ 50 / per single room per night For, other season = US$ 25 / per single room per night
SURCHARGE
Group size less than 3 persons shall be subject to surcharge, in addition to the minimum daily tariff, as follows:
a) 1 person: US$ 40 per night per person in addition to the daily tariff.
b) 2 Persons: US$ 30 per night per person in addition to the daily tariff.
Note: We recommend that all travelers to obtain a short-term traveler’s insurance, which covers baggage and life.

• Welcome Khaddar by our guide at the airport.

• Sight Seeing.
• All three meals. We will give you the Bhutanese taste.
• English speaking guide.
• Accommodations in twin sharing basis.
• Route permits and special permits.
• Best transportations. Your safety is our first concern.
• Entrance fee in monument and museums.
• Mineral Water (Mountain Spring Water, product of Bhutan, as complimentary).
FOR TREK:
• All tents on trek. (Sleeping, toilet, dining, shower tents are provided).
• Ponies (Animals to carry your luggage).
• Potters to assist you on trek.
• Hot water will be served on trek.
• Hot bags.
FOR TREKKING, OUR POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS:
1. We buy the food items in advance for the entire trek and also we pay for the Ponies and yaks in advance. In case you cannot complete the trek and want to return, we do not give you the refund.
2. If you want to do the TOUR, without completing the Trek, then you will have to pay for your food, accommodation, transportation till your designated trek date. For example, if you are supposed to complete your trek on 27th Feb. but you want to quit trekking on 23th Feb. and do Cultural Tour, then you will have to bear for the accommodation, food, and transportation cost till 27th Feb.
THE TARIFF DOESNOT INCLIDE:
• Excess baggage.
• Travel insurance
• All bills of any personal nature (i.e. Laundry, telephone, bar etc).
• Tips for your guide and driver.
• International airfare.
DISCOUNTS
The following are subject to approval from the Department of Tourism, Royal Government of Bhutan.
b) a. Child: 5 years and below not applicable for above tariff.
b. Children: 6-12 years is 50% off.
c) Full time students below the age of 25 is given a 25% discount (document required from Institutes or schools).
d) a. 50% discount on the minimum daily tariff is given to one person in a group of 11-15 persons.
b. 100% discount is given to one member in a group more than 16 persons.
APPLICATION PROCESS
To get into the kingdom of Bhutan, you just need to fill up the Visa form and forward to Bigfoot Adventure Trekkers, need two weeks to process the Visa.
Do you need to send your passport?
No you don’t have to sent your passport to Bhutan, but when you arrive in Bhutan you have to stamped your passport on arrival in Paro International Airport or by road through Phuentsholing.
Where do I collect my Drukair tickets?
We will purchase your Druk Air tickets from Bhutan and we will sent you through email.
CANCELLATION CHARGES
Trips booked and consequently cancelled are subject to cancellation charges as follows: a) Tour booked and cancelled within 1 month of prior notice: 80% refund of total tour cost. b) Less then 1 month or with out notice: No refund.
Delayed arrival and departure.
There shall be no charge for the number of delay on arrival and departure due to weather, Drukair or natural disaster. We charge you only on actual basis, hotel cancellation, guide, transportation etc.
TOUR PAYMENT
Your tour payment is inclusive of both the tour cost and Druk Air fare. If you would prefer to make the payments for your tour and air fare separately, we can do for you but please keep in mind, which might cost additional banking fees for multiple transfers. All tour payments must be settled six weeks in advance of instigation of tour to clear the Bhutan visa by the authority subject to advance payments only. Visa clearances are issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Thimphu Bhutan, and must be obtain before departing for Bhutan. Druk air tickets can not be purchased without visa clearance.
Note: Bhutan visa can not be obtained at any of the Bhutanese embassies in abroad.
